Granarolo to acquire the logistics from Bcube.

Granarolo, a food company in Italy, agreed to acquire the logistics from Bcube, a provider of provides logistic services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The operation should instead have been an opportunity to Focus more on development plans in Italy and abroad which include a strong push towards innovation, product diversification and expansion of the range," Gianpietro Corbari, Granarolo General Manager.
