Crestline Investors, an institutional alternative investment management firm, completed a $160m investment in Genuine Health Group, a healthcare services company. “This capital gives us the purchasing power to make strategic acquisitions and accelerate our push into other states. That, in turn, will allow us to dramatically expand the impact of our proven, successful approach to delivering value-based healthcare grounded in disease prevention, care access, and management of chronic conditions,” Joe Caruncho, Genuine Health Group CEO.
