SoftBank Vision Fund 2, a subsidiary of Softbank Group with a goal to invest in AI-based technology, led a $680m funding round in Sorare, a Blockchain-based fantasy soccer game. Additional investors include Rio Ferdinand, Gerard Pique, César Azpilicueta, Atomico, Bessemer Ventures, D1 Capital, Eurazeo, IVP, Liontree, Benchmark and Accel.
