ArchiMed completed the acquisition of Suan Farma from Intermediate Capital Group.

ArchiMed, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of Suan Farma, a company that manufactures and distributes pharmaceutical products, from Intermediate Capital Group, an alternative asset manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. Suan Farma founded in 1993, is a B2B life science partner specialized in the development, production and commercialization of ingredients for the pharmaceutical, veterinary and nutraceutical industries.
