Grupo Vinova completed the acquisition of Hiperxel from Iberconsa.

Grupo Vinova, a multinational group with more than 15 years of commercial experience, focused on its origins in the import and export of frozen and fresh food, completed the acquisition of Hiperxel, a store chain specializing in frozen food, from Iberconsa, a frozen food storage.
