Graycliff Partners completed the acquisition of Electro-Mechanical.

Graycliff Partners, an investment firm focused on making lower middle market investments, completed the acquisition of Electro-Mechanical, a manufacturer of engineered electrical equipment sold into utility and industrial end markets.
