Elligo Health Research to acquire ClinEdge.

Elligo Health Research, a developer of a clinical research platform, agreed to acquire ClinEdge, a provider of clinical trial, patient recruitment and business development services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The combination with ClinEdge is a transformational moment in Elligo’s evolution as a company.
