Kraft Heinz to acquire Hemmer.

Kraft Heinz, a food and beverage company, agreed to acquire Hemmer, a company focused on condiments and sauces. Financial terms are not disclosed. “In the last few years, Hemmer has been further strengthening itself as a food company synonymous with flavor, quality, and portfolio variety.
