Nelson Global Products, a company design and manufacture thermal management, acoustic, air and fluid mechanics, and structural solutions, completed the acquisition of Tru-Flex, a stainless steel manufacturer, from HBM, a St. Louis-based, privately held company that acquires, builds, and operates middle-market businesses. Financial terms are not disclosed. "We are excited to welcome the entire Tru-Flex team to Nelson.
