CVC Capital Partners to acquire Wversity.

Private equity firm CVC Capital Partners agreed to acquire Wversity, a provider of the international certification programs of digital skills. Financial terms were not disclosed. Mr. Iervolino, who founded the Pegaso telematic university in 2006, will remain on the board of directors of the company with the role of chairman.
