Kohlberg & Company completed the acquisition of Ob Hospitalist from Gryphon Investors.

Kohlberg & Company, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Ob Hospitalist, a provider of in-house obstetrics and gynecology programs, from Gryphon Investors, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Gryphon has been an excellent partner, bringing passion for our mission, expert guidance, and strategic resources to position OBHG for the next evolution of our impact on the landscape of women's health.
