Hg Capital to invest in BrightPay and Relate Software.

Hg Capital, a software and services investor, agreed to invest in BrightPay, a provider of payroll and HR software solutions, and Relate Software, a provider of post-accounting, practice management and bookkeeping software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to be joining with Ray and his team at Relate.
