Hg-backed Managed Markets Insight & Technology, a formulary tools and solutions provider, and Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe-backed Evaluate, a provider of commercial intelligence and predictive analytics, agreed to acquire Panalgo, a premier healthcare data analytics company.
