OceanSound Partners completed the investment in RMA Group.

OceanSound Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, completed the investment in RMA Group, a provider of technology-enabled laboratory testing, inspection and quality management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As a leading provider in a relatively fragmented market, we believe RMA is well-positioned to grow by broadening its capabilities, expanding the end markets it serves, and extending its geographic reach and also with strategic add-on acquisitions.
