Virtu Financial, a company specializing in electronic market making, completed an investment in ClearList, a marketplace for private companies. Additional investors included GTS, Tudor Global Trading, and David Williams. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have been watching with interest the overall development of the private markets and in particular the successful development of ClearList.
