IIFL, Sistema, CX Partners, Singularity and Arun Sarin led a $35m Series C funding round in Exotel, a cloud telephony platform, with participation from Blume Ventures and A91 Partners. “This is a step in the right direction that allows Exotel to invest further in bringing seamless customer engagement on the cloud to emerging geographies.
