MOLECOR completed the acquisition of the production unit from Adequa and Coemac for $52m.

MOLECOR, a developer and manufacturer of molecular orientation technology, completed the acquisition of the production unit from Adequa, a manufacturer of PVC pipes and accessories, and Coemac, a firm that manufactures and supplies gypsum products, for $52m. Following this acquisition, MOLECOR triples its previous turnover and becomes one of the leading companies in the piping market in Spain. It can be said that MOLECOR is bigger, more diverse, and, above all, it is a company with more bases for growth.
