Waterland-backed 9altitudes, an advisor for digital implementation processes, completed the acquisition of Econocap, a PTC software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The collaboration with Clearwater International has been excellent. The team presented our core business well, bringing its special value to light and also to the potential buyers. The process felt short because it was clear. We agreed on a plan which has been followed and we feel good about the match with in 9altitudes. They see the value in the company and they are keen.
