EQT-backed Lenus eHealth, a healthtech company, completed the acquisition of Zenfit, a SaaS company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’ve been thinking about raising money ourselves for some time, but it made really good sense to join forces with Lenus, who is growing with rocket speed. It would be mind-numbing to fight for the same market, so that in this way we can make it even bigger and enter new markets,” Lasse Stokholm, Zenfit Founder.
