Deka Immobilien completed the acquisition of Malthouse Offices from Echo Investment for $177m.

Deka Immobilien, a real estate investment firm, completed the acquisition of Malthouse Offices, a 29k sq m office building which is part of the Warsaw Brewery complex, from Echo Investment, a commercial real estate property development company, for $177m. “It is an exceptional, mixed-use project that combines a variety of services and the modernity and tradition of the Warsaw Brewery complex. The building sits in a unique historical location that will open up a vast array of opportunities for its users,” Grzegorz Dyląg, Cushman & Wakefield Head of Asset Services Business Space Poland.
