Orange, a France telecommunication company, agreed to acquire 21.7% stake in Orange Bank, an online banking unit, from Groupe Groupama, a French insurance group, for $266m. “To strengthen the development of Orange Bank, Orange is continuing to invest in its bank,” Stephane Richard, Orange CEO.
