ClearCourse Partnership, an operator of a holding company for UK-based group and event management software companies, agreed to acquire EKM, a provider of e-commerce and online retail services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "EKM will bring a range of positive synergies to ClearCourse and our existing brands, and its acquisition will be a significant expansion of our e-commerce and retail offering," Gerry Gualtieri, ClearCourse CEO.
