Istrabenz plini Group, a solution for gases provider, completed the acquisition of GTG plin, a gas cylinders supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Connecting with GTG plin and Ardoks in Slovenia and Croatia is a big step for us, which will significantly contribute to the further development of the Istrabenz plini Group. The completed transaction gives us all greater market stability and the opportunity for long-term growth.
