Magnum Capital completed the acquisition of ISEP from Metrodora Education.

Magnum Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of ISEP, a private institution engaged in the provision of higher education services in areas of psychology, from Metrodora Education, a newly formed educational group that offers in specialized training in the fields of health, sports, and life sciences.
