Dunes Point Capital completed the acquisition of Stanton Carpet from Quad-C Management.

Dunes Point Capital, a family office and private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Stanton Carpet, a designer and supplier of premium branded carpet, rugs and luxury vinyl plank, from Quad-C Management, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Stanton also operates a customer service, distribution and fabrication facility in Calhoun, GA. Stanton employs approximately 160 people.
