Lifeanalytics to acquire Ecol Studio.

Lifeanalytics, a provider of laboratory analysis and diagnostics, agreed to acquire Ecol Studio, a provider of laboratory analysis, consulting and training services committed to protecting the environment, health and safety of people. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased that Ecol Studio becomes part of the Lifeanalytics group, bringing significant added value, thanks to the great expertise in the MOCA, Paper, Consulting sectors as well as in the environment, already part of our core business.
