PAI Partners completed the acquisition of European Camping Group from Carlyle, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and Montefiore Investment for $791m.

PAI Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of European Camping Group, a mobile home holidays firm, from investment firms Carlyle, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and Montefiore Investment for $791m. "The transaction will provide a solid foundation for future growth with ECG benefitting from PAI’s support as it seeks to take advantage of a wide range of organic and M&A opportunities," PAI Partners.
