Synopsis

Ola Electric, an Indian mobility platform, completed the acquisition of GeoSpoc, a geospatial services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Enhanced geo-spatial services will also go a long way in improving urban planning including road networks, better public transportation and pre-empt congestion spots," Bhavish Aggarwal, Ola Electric Co-Founder and CEO.
