Perpetual completed the acquisition of Laminar Capital.

Perpetual, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Laminar Capital, a client focused fixed interest specialist providing capital markets, investment management and advisory services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "One of the innovative and attractive components of Laminar’s business is its proprietary investment management platform, Treasury Direct which enables clients to manage multiple investment and debt portfolios on a single platform.
