Ridgemont Equity Partners, a buyout and growth equity investor, completed the investment in Northstar Recycling Company, an asset-light provider of sustainability-oriented managed waste and recycling solutions to leading food, consumer packaged goods, and other industrial clients. Financial terms were not disclosed.
