Compass Diversified-backed Altor Solutions completed the acquisition of Plymouth Foam.

Compass Diversified-backed Altor Solutions, a designer and manufacturer of custom protective packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of Plymouth Foam, a manufacturer of protective packaging and componentry, for $56m. “We believe that the acquisition of Plymouth, with its wide array of high-value, highly engineered products, further expands our business and capabilities.
