APG and Aermont to invest €300m in The Student Hotel.

APG, a pension investment company, and Aermont, an independent asset management group, agreed to invest €300m (c.$340m) in The Student Hotel, a European student residential property company. TSH said the funding will help the launch the construction of seven new flagship hotels in key EU gateway cities and adding nearly 3k rooms to the existing portfolio.
