Söderberg & Partners-backed Rivez, a multi-faceted insurance advisor, agreed to merge with Voergroep Zuid-backed Zuiderhuis, an insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This will create one of the most powerful insurance companies in the Southeast Netherlands that has the potential to grow further. Strengthening the position of our insurance business is in the interest of our members. This lays a solid foundation for our strategic plans to further expand the feed activities of Voergroep Zuid in the Netherlands and Belgium," Ronald van de Ven, Voergroep Zuid General Manager.
