Van den Bosch, a bulk transport company, completed the acquisition of TCS Trans, a transport company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Spain is a growth market with a lot of potential. With this acquisition, we are taking the next step in developing our intermodal network in southern Europe," Rico Daandels, Van den Bosch CEO.
