Molina Healthcare, a managed care organization, completed the acquisition of the medicaid managed long term care business from AgeWell New York, a provider of care manager or wellness coach services, for $110m. “The addition of AgeWell to Molina’s expanding New York footprint is not only complementary to our existing MLTSS business, but also representative of our strategic growth strategy.
