Linx Partners to acquire Clear Rate Communications.

Linx Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Clear Rate Communications, a provider of telecommunications service. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Clear Rate is at a critical inflection point in its growth story. The foundation is already in place for the Company to expand its capabilities and geographic reach to serve more customers.
