Triple-S, a steel products provider, completed the acquisition of BMG Metals, an established iron and steel distributor serving the Mid-Atlantic region. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Steel distribution is what we love, and we welcome the opportunity to meet new friends and customers in one of the birthplaces of the United States.
