The Sterling Group completed the acquisition of PowerGrid Services from Warren Equity Partners.

The Sterling Group, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of PowerGrid Services, a utility services business, from Warren Equity Partners, a private equity firm, for $254m. Financial terms were not disclosed.
