Libra Group to acquire a minority stake in LCI Helicopters from KKR.

Libra Group, a privately held international conglomerate operating in a variety of industries, agreed to acquire a minority stake in LCI Helicopters, an aviation leasing company, from KKR & Co. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are proud of what LCI has achieved and look forward to being fully invested in LCI's future as the global market for helicopter deployment looks set to increase, and fixed wing aviation is on the road to recovery," George Logothetis, Libra Group Chairman and CEO.
