Gérard Perrier, a France-based holding company that provides electrical and electronic automation solutions, completed the acquisition of AECE, a provider of electronic and electrical equipment for aeronautics and defense. Financial terms were not disclosed. The geographic and sectoral positions of AECE and Gérard Perrier Industrie are complementary, and should allow everyone to benefit from the expected rebound in the aeronautics and defense industries.
