NEP Group to acquire Bright Group from CapMan.

NEP Group, a provider of technology, expertise, and know-how, agreed to acquire Bright Group, a provider of technical and production services, from CapMan, an investment company. Financial terms are not disclosed. “What started as a small local entrepreneur-driven specialist, has grown into a pan-Nordic organisation both organically and through acquisitions.
