Berkshire Partners-backed 3Phase Elevator, an independent elevator and escalator services provider, completed the merger with Advanced Elevator, a provider of elevator and escalator services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The combined company adds to 3Phase’s geographic expansion and allows Advanced to leverage 3Phase’s key digital capabilities and automation.
