Private equity firms American Securities and Greenbriar-backed LaserShip, an e-commerce last-mile delivery services provider, agreed to merge with OnTrac Logistics, a logistics services provider, in a $1.3bn deal. “This merger of two strong companies is a testament to the extraordinary efforts of our team members to build a leading parcel carrier and logistics business.
