Hg-backed Intelerad, a global provider of medical imaging software and enterprise workflow solutions, completed the acquisition of Ambra Health, a developer of an image management platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Ambra has been focused on ensuring large hospital systems, medical groups, imaging centers, clinical research organizations, and health information exchanges can rely on us to significantly improve processes and workflows in the circle of care.
