Embracer-backed DECA Games, a game publisher and developer of video games, completed the acquisition of Jufeng, a provider of video shooting services for commercial use, Hero Hunters and Killshot Bravo from Gaea and Hothead Games, an independent Canadian video game developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “DECA has taken an important step in delivering on our asset care and M&A strategy.
