Synopsis
Group 1 Automotive, an international, Fortune 500 automotive retailer, agreed to acquire Capital City Honda, a car dealership in Sacramento, California. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We're extremely pleased to welcome the team at Capital City Honda to the Group 1 family. We're looking forward to expanding our relationship with Honda and the local community in Sacramento," Daryl Kenningham, Group 1 Automotive President of US and Brazilian Operations.
