Audax Private Equity-backed FDH Aero completed the acquisition of Stealth Aerospace.

Audax Private Equity-backed FDH Aero, an aerospace and defense products distributor, completed the acquisition of Stealth Aerospace, a stocking distributor of aerospace electrical and electro-mechanical components. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Alon and the Stealth team have built a remarkable business servicing many of the world’s prominent aerospace companies.
