Wind Point-backed CTSI to acquire The Protection Bureau.

Wind Point-backed Corbett Technology Solutions, a full service technology and communications solutions provider, agreed to acquire The Protection Bureau, a provider of enterprise burglar alarm, fire alarm, video surveillance, and access control systems.
