Biotage completed the acquisition of ATDBio for £45m.

Biotage, a provider of technologies and solutions in the areas of genetic analysis and medicinal chemistry, completed the acquisition of ATDBio, a designer and synthesiser of complex oligonucleotides, for £45m. “ATDBio is very proud to become part of the Biotage family, which shares our passion for innovation, customer focus and sustainability.
