Group 42 and Etisalat to form a joint venture under Khazna.

Group 42, a technology group that offers digital infrastructure and cloud computing, and Etisalat, an Emirati-based multinational telecommunications services provider, to form Khazna Data Centers, a company that operates in two distinct but related areas: FinTech and data centers.
